Terms + Conditions

Payment

Bogdan Agency LLC requires a 50% deposit of the total estimate to be paid after the proposed project(s) have been finalized. This will ensure the client receives all agreed upon project(s) in a timely manner. This 50% deposit ensures one round of a maximum of an hour long live edits. The remaining 50% of the total estimate is due upon first live edit scheduled date. The client is responsible to pay the remaining total estimate in full upon the first live edit submission. Should the client fail to pay the remaining balance upon first live edit meeting a late fee of $75.00 will be charged to the client’s account per month until the remaining balance is paid in full and will not receive the completed project(s) until the agreed upon estimate is paid.

Signing Over Rights

Bogdan Agency LLC signs over all rights to project(s) once 100% of the total estimate has been paid in full. Once the total estimate has been paid in full the client owns all rights to any and all project(s).

Testimonials

Bogdan Agency LLC has the right to utilize any and all testimonials once the client has provided verbal permission.
